How to create a personalized picture message (MMS)
From the Campaigns page click New Campaign β SMS/MMS.
Within the text area on the left hand side of the screen, select Insert image, then select a base canvas or enter custom dimensions.
We recommend using one of the 3 pre-built options as they are optimized for the highest quality and deliverability.
After selecting your canvas size, select the image tab on the left hand side and add your image from your computer.
Next, click Personalize on the left-hand rail in order to add personalization to your picture.
Make sure to set a fallback holder in case you do not have that field of data on any of your subscribers.
Both default Mobiz-powered fields or custom fields you created can be used to add as an overlay on top of your image. Drag and drop your personalized fields wherever you'd like to on your image.
Once you are satisfied with how your personalized picture message looks, hit Next in the top right and proceed to select the Audience from whom you want to receive your campaign.
Lastly, hit Next in the top right one last time to get to the Review page. We recommend sending yourself a quick preview to your device before proceeding with sending out your campaign.

What file types and sizes are supported?
When it comes to images we support PNG, JPG, and GIF. All are recommended to be under 500KBs to be fully optimized for each carrier and mobile device receiving your text message.
What plans support personalized picture messaging?
Currently, we only support his new feature on Growth, Premium, and custom plans. Our trial and starter packages do not support it. In order to get access to it, you'll need to upgrade or speak with a member of our team.
What is the cost to send a personalized picture message?
Currently, we are charging the exact same amount of credits as a standard MMS which is 3 credits for each MMS sent to a subscriber.
