If you are applying for a Short Code with Mobiz, you will need to add a Short Code specific section to your terms and conditions/privacy that are publicly accessible in the footer of the home page of your website.

Below the line, is a template that you can use the following merge fields to find/replace with your information.

  • [Company_Name]

  • [Short_Code]

  • [Support_Email]

** Important note โ€“ if you do not have a phone number capture publicly accessible on the homepage of the website, please change the first line text accordingly.

Examples:

  • Send START to [Short_Code] or enter your phone number in the [Company_name] account portal to get text alerts.

  • Send START to [Short_Code] to get text alerts.
