How to preview and test your Mobiz campaigns.

Testing your campaign is beneficial to ensure everything is working correctly and to experience your customer's unique Mobiz journey. Reviewing engagement campaigns can be done at two key stages of the campaign build.

1. Design stage:

Click the Preview mode toggle so that it turns green. You will then be able to select contacts from your audience to see how your conditions apply to your chosen contact and view how the specific contact will see the campaign.

2. Review stage: Contact preview and test SMS

This stage offers you the opportunity to test both the SMS and landing page conditions and personalization tags by using the drop-down menu to select a contact from your audience.

Top tip: You can also view your campaign by clicking the link shown on the phone preview.

Here, you are also able to send yourself a test SMS. This allows you to truly experience the full Mobiz journey on your mobile phone, just as your customers would. This SMS can be sent and viewed with default contact values, or you can use the same drop-down menu to select the contact you wish to preview the campaign as.

Remember, after sending your campaign you won’t be able to make any changes! So, after previewing and testing your campaigns, be sure to go back to the relevant stage in your campaign building process and edit or fix anything you aren’t happy with or anything in your set up that isn’t working correctly.
